Client Overview

Client is one of the largest online internet retailer in the world and has empanelled Neo Kinetic as a preferred vendor for all B2B lead generation services. Very recently, the client launched an online payment processing service in India. This service enables customers to pay for goods or services purchased, on third party websites or apps, by using the payment methods that are already associated with the customer’s account with client.

Client Requirement

Client wanted to onboard 50 select e-commerce platforms on a pan-India Level on to their payment service platform within a 3 week timeframe. This task involved:

  • Build database of prospects with accurate information based on the qualification criteria as suggested by them
  • Reach out to the correct POCs (Head of Product development, marketing or partnership programs etc.,), qualify them based on their requirement (number of transactions, current payment rate etc), providing a product overview and generating sufficient interest levels to explore the opportunity further by a face-to-face meeting with the Client’s direct sales team.

Neo Kinetic Solution

Neokinetic addressed the client requirements in 4 phases.

  • Phase 1 (Week 1) – Our research team kicked off the campaign by using paid
    tools for research such as LinkedIn, Online Directories, company website and
    other information available on the internet to create a database of prospects.
  • Phase 2 (Week 2-3) – The researched data was utilized by the Telemarketing team to call the qualified company, complete the pitch and generate an interest.
  • Phase 3 (Week 2-3) – Each qualified lead was vetted by the supervisor to ensure it matches the brief shared by the client.
  • Phase 4 (Week 2-3) – Qualified lead shared with the client on a real-time basis through excel or Google sheet.


  • The client was provided with 52 leads over a span of 2 weeks.
  • The client converted 18 leads to “hot” leads that would be closed over the period of 1 month.
  • Due to the outcome, the client extended the contract and asked us to provide 200 leads a month for a period of 6 months.
